It was Mr Grumpy (Godfather of musical slideshows) who said "Finding the right music is the most difficult". Well, I think you have hit the nail on the head with your choice, who is it?
The photographs are super, joyfull Goldens, what can you say, heart warmingly brilliant?

Very nice Lynda, the girls look as lovely as ever.
We've not had anything like that amount of snow here.

Thanks, glad you like it, I could watch the two of them play forever in the snow, especially Cobi when she rolls over and over.
The music is from JJ Cale and Eric Clapton's, Road to Escondido CD and the track was Anyway the wind blows.

Lovely yet again Lynda. Cobi is having great fun rolling, another like our Timber. Cobi grins when in action, Ginnie looks more (dare I say it) ladylike.
Re: Ginnie and Cobi - snow February 2009
JJ Cale, I would never have guessed, I assumed he was dead! he must be well over 70 now. They call me the Breeze, Precious Memories, City Girls, My Baby and Me all Cale classics. In my opinion JJ Cale, Ry Cooder and Hank Williams are three of the bedrocks of popular music. Thanks for letting me know, it was quietly driving me up the wall.
As for Golden snow madness, this is Simon going mental last Sunday

Thoughts of the godfather
All that rolling about in the snow must have been ecstasy, and they come home clean as well

Another lovely photo of 2 beautiful boys. They really landed on their paws with you, what a wonderful life they have. They must be known the length and breadth of the Dales.
Re: Ginnie and Cobi - snow February 2009
Lynn, believe me Ginnie is not is the slightest bit ladylike, but she sometimes knows how to pose in front of the camera, and she also has a 50ft rope, but I've removed it from a couple of the photos,(it's a flask and sandwiches if we let Gin off, unless we intend her to find water and swim, 'cos that's where she'll make for everytime) you should see her 'duff' Cobi up usually in our lounge, a permanent inch of dust on the TV.
Yes, that is a lovely photograph of Simon and Benjie, hope you don't mind but I've saved it for the 2010 calendar.
The JJ Cale and Eric Clapton CD, it came out in 2006, a copy of which stays permanently in both cars.
Hubby has a DVD set called Crossroads Guitar Festival with JJ Cale, EC and numerous others, similar in style, goes down well with a wee dram in your hand (so he says!!!!!!!!)
