Hello
Hello All
I have spent a lot of time reading all about GRR and all the fab stories that you all share.
I was lucky enough to welcome Wicket (the most beautiful golden ever) into my home 18 months ago. Wick was left at boarding kennels by his family and came to my attention through a friend of the owner of the kennels. My friend mentionned that he had been at the kennel for 6 months and was getting bored. I cannot tell you how much joy he has brought to our house! As a kid we had a great retriever and I have always told my boyfriend how wonderful he was (never actually thinking I would own one!!) Wick is an absolute legend! He was three years old when he came to our house and after a year and a half of wallowing like a hippo I am very proud to say that my boy can now swim!! (the fishermen at the reservoir thought I was crazy for cheering so loud!) I love reading about all the things you get up to and hope to post piccies of Wick for you as soon as I can work out how to do it!
I have so much respect for you all

Hello Wickets Mum
Hello Wickets Mum, and everyone else
(I haven't been able to log on, don't know why, gremlins in my computer!!!)
Lovely to hear that Wicket now has a loving home, how could anyone put a dog in kennels and leave him there? the poor lad what must he have been thinking all that time there.
Any photographs please?
