I thought , if there is time and a very untrimmed patient dog at the Fun day that I would give you short demo on how to trim your Golden. It would only be a short one but would give you all some idea of where to start.
Does that sound like a good idea or a waste of time. Views please

Good one Jan,
Sounds a great idea. There's only so much you can tell folk, but to see it done put's it into perspective.Brilliant. Did wonder about that myself, but thought you'd have too much on.

I think you learn to do something much better when someone shows you how, I know I do.
It's a great idea Jan.

My wifes just trimmed Lucy today, think shes done ok but there's nothing better than a demonstration, to show the correct way and the most efficient, so the dog does not have to be a bit stressed for to long if its not used to it or dosent like it to much. Great idea Jan.

I think its a brilliant idea Jan - I know you showed us how to trim Toby but a demonstration on a 'quieter' dog would be great.

Hi Jan, great idea. We do not trim Holly as she does not seem to have any problems apart from her ear fur balls but any help will be welcome.
