I thought , if there is time and a very untrimmed patient dog at the Fun day that I would give you short demo on how to trim your Golden. It would only be a short one but would give you all some idea of where to start.
Does that sound like a good idea or a waste of time. Views please

Sounds a great idea. There's only so much you can tell folk, but to see it done put's it into perspective.Brilliant. Did wonder about that myself, but thought you'd have too much on.
My wifes just trimmed Lucy today, think shes done ok but there's nothing better than a demonstration, to show the correct way and the most efficient, so the dog does not have to be a bit stressed for to long if its not used to it or dosent like it to much. Great idea Jan.
Great idea...would volunteer Amber, but shes so afraid of other dogs not sure how she'd react on the day...AND she has been trimmed recently...I'm hoping it will grow back in time for the show!!!!!
Would like to be shown proper how to trim there is nothing like a practical
demo took me ages to sort out getting photos on web site must be getting
old. Cannot wait for the fun day to say all the happy dogs and of course
their owners
