you can register your pets with them, and in the case of an accident etc and you cannot make it home they will contact whom ever you have nominated to look after your pet. you advise them of any medical requirements etc.

It all sounds O K but if you have to have their number in your purse you may as well have your neighbours number and contact them directly as this organisation will only do that anyway. I have a card in my purse which says I have dogs at home and then a few numbers to contact. Doesn't cost anything to do that.
