BELLA

This is Bella, she has had a deadful life. Her owner, an old man, had died suddenly and she was in the house on her own. The daughter would not let me into the house to get her she went in to fetch her out. Obviously didn't want me to see how it was inside. This little girl has been neglected and abused for years. Her ears are so thick she must have had infections and haematomas all the time. She has a skin allergy which we hope may be sorted soon. She has never played and this photo is the first time she has played with the ball. If you say No which we have to do sometimes she shivers and slinks into a corner and they have realised she will only come out if you say it's alright So now if they say No then they cuddle her straight away. She must have lived her life in fear and pain.

Hopefully now she can put all that behind her.

Poor poor Bella, how I feel for her, and such a lovely little girl. Hopefully you will work your magic on her and she will find the home she so deserves. Bless her, what a horrible life she must have had. Things can only get better from here on in. Give her a :bighug: from Auntie Lynn.

Do hope that Bella gets the loving, welcoming home she deserves, poor girl.
She has a lovely rich-coloured coat, and a kindly face. Hope she soon finds a happy, living home.

Hi Lynn& Joyce

She is in her forever home now and they were so thrilled that she had played with the ball for the first time. They have shown her how to play with it and the penny finally dropped. Couldn't you just weep :cry3:

How sad. Don't people do dreadful things? I'm so happy for Bella now she's found her new home and is learning how to enjoy life with her new family. She is stunning - a gorgeous redhead! :love5

Keep posting photos, Jan! :1963 :1963

Oh Jan it certainly does make you weep.she is stunning. Her story reminds me of our Bosun our first rescue. He had been locked in a pantry all his life and had a dreadful life. His owner was sectioned. He was the start of us having rescues. The most wonderful loving gentle soul. You never would have seen a dog smile and love life so much.He was inspiring. We loved him so much
