Harvey update

We are so lucky that Harvey has settled so easily. He is cheeky and smiley in the way that Goldies smile. He went through a phase of waking us in the early hours wanting to play, but now comes upstairs when the alarm clock sounds He looks very like Jasper who we lost 2 years ago. He is still in a chewing stage so we make sure everywhere is clear before we go to bed or if we leave him alone. He has plenty of kongs and toys and loves his cuddlies, I get the cuddlies from the charity shop so they can be replaced when he rips them apart (£7 at pets at home or 70p in the YMCA shop). We prod the toys filling and check which have sewn eyes rather than plastic etc. The staff must wonder what sort of child we are buying for.

We knew that he had grown and his coat was getting longer, but it's not too noticeable when we see him every day. My friend visited last night and she was amazed at the change in him.
We are having a week in a cottage in Windermere at Easter. We will have to make several journey breaks as he has been a bit travel sick at times, but i have some herbal remedy drops for him. I hope the change of 'home' doesn't bother him. He won't be left on his own of course so hopefully he wil enjoy it.
