I remember the nibs and inkwells! (thank goodness i'm not alone :D ) I also remember the boy sat behind me in class, dipping the end of my pig tails in his i/well :D Bet they don't call them that these days. ! Oh, the disadvantages of age. But then, selective memory loss does have ITS advantages :D

Here are the four girls as promised, I hope

THANKS AGAIN IAN, DON'T KNOW WHAT WE WOULD DO WITHOUT YOU.

Megan, Cobi, Lottie and Ginnie

We feed ours off the ground, I use 'flower' buckets and cut the bottoms out, cheaper and much lighter than stainless steel (for caravanning) Megan had to eat hers off the ground I hadn't bought a fourth one!

My Husband, probably the most understanding man on god's earth, gets his food last.

What super picture of Ella and of your 4 Lynda. I don't know how you all understood the instructions because it looked like a foreign language to me. Haven't the foggiest idea what it all meant. I will leave all the technical bits to you all who know what you are doing and I will just enjoy the results.

Such lovely dogs, and just look at those expressions. Like the bowl holders, might just copy that if you don't mind :)

Give me a photo anyday with bits and pieces to remove.....

Give me a photo to crop or remove bits and pieces from it anyday, you're right it is a bit like a foreign language! mind you the air was blue here until I got it right, (photos a tad too big even after resizing them for photobucket) whilst t'other half was 'dressing the girls' for their hike over Cannock Chase, poor Lottie has been getting up slightly earlier than she is used to, I see the expression on her face as much to say 'oh Mum get me out of this boot camp' but as soon as she is lifted down from the car onto the ground she runs, rolls and sniffs like the rest of them, SHE CAN STILL RUN FASTER TO EAT HORSE POOH THAN I CAN TO STOP HER (not a pretty sight!)

Well it was worth the effort to see the lovely lovely girls...how delightful they all are and they all look so different too...it does look they have taken over the house completely...

I think your firends are so lucky to have you take care of them while they are away...it must mean a lot to them...and for them to get such good care and attention from you too...

Golden Retriever heaven! :D :D :D :D
