Woody and Willow at a dog show
Woody triumphs at Broughton hall game show by getting a first in the sporting dog class. Willow doesn't miss out and comes second in the rescue class

Super. What stars they are.
Love the picture you have just added. What a difference in Woody's eyes. He looks alert now and interested in what's going on. He has lost the wide eyed worried look. Willow looks wonderful too needless to say

Good for Woody, not bad for a 'new boy' and congratulations to Willow too.

Re: Woody and Willow at a dog show
Thankyou All for your lovely comments. We had a wonderful day out, the hilite of my social year!!!
I decided to enter the dogs in the dog show as it was run by my Vets practice. Plus, they had a class for Rescue Dogs. What a thrill, the lad did everything he should and more. Little Willow not to be outdone, did really well too.
Told Jan lastnight, when Woody was given 1st, out of 30+ dogs, I wept buckets, I felt so emotional, a rescue boy that had only been here 7 weeks, he did Jan, us and himself proud.
One up for Rescue dogs everywhere.

Congratulations, Willow and Woody, you all seemed to have had a wonderfull day.It got me thinking ,all our dogs could be prize winners in some catagories, what could yours win at?
Snowy could win the sweet innocent look when he's been bad, or the it wasn't me look despite all the evidence pointing to him. Emily could win the selective hearing award, as at times she seems totally deaf when she wants to be,or the totaly aloof ladyship of the year award, until the letter box rattles then its the loudest bark of the estate award.
