The Armed forces use Officer fitness reports to assess progress.
Here are some comments found in confidential reports.

This Officer should go far and the sooner he starts the better !!

This Officer is depriving a village somwhere of an idiot !!

This Officer has reached rock bottom and has now started to dig!!

This Medical Officer has used my ship to carry himself from girl to girl and my Officers to carry him from bar to bar.!!

The only ship I would recommend him for is citizen ship.

This young lady has low personal standards and consistently fails to achieve them!!

Whenever she opens her mouth the only change is to alter whichever foot was previously in there.!!
