Hi All.I must say I enjoyed to day Immensely seeing all my lovely friends,I am quite envious of you all, Because ther was one thing missing,My Old Friend MAC who I have just lost,I felt kind of lonely yet all those people were around me,strange isn't it,Iam sure many of you have experienced the same feeling.I kept looking to see if I could see A goldie that looked like MAC,obviously I didn't because there was only one MAC,but all the dogs there, even the foriegners, were all lovely and very shortly I hope to join you all again so I can post photos and tell you all about MY NEW BEST FRiend. Thanks for listening to those I spoke to TO day.GodBless you all and JAN.

Hi Terry,

Glad you enjoyed yourself yesterday, despite the fact you were feeling sad about loosing Mac. Only a fortnight ago, so you must be feeling very raw at present. My heart went out to you when you were telling us, it's not the easiest of times. But, as long as you enjoyed the day, that's something to hold. Hope we helped in some small way, so many of us have been in that same position, and it does help to talk to knowing friends.

All the best. Lynn

I'm so sorry you lost your Mac recently...yesterday must have been hard for you as well as nice...

I don't think anyone truly understands the feeling unless you've been there yourself.

Please let us know how you get on adopting another companion...and I hope they go on to provdie you with as much joy as Mac did, although they will never replace him in your heart.

Hi Terry,

It was nice meeting you yesterday. I'm so sorry that you have lost MAC, but glad you enjoyed the day. It was brave of you to be there, you must have had so many mixed emotions, but it does help to talk to other people, as we have all loved and lost some wonderful companions. And giving a new loving home to another needy Golden, would be the greatest tribute to MAC.

All good wishes to you and hope to see some pictures on here soon.

Sorry to hear about Mac

Hello Terry,

We weren't there yesterday but we are sorry to hear about Mac, it must have been so difficult for you being there. When we collected Cobi from Jan over 3 years ago, I couldn't believe how Jan's Tessa looked so much like Abigail who we had lost only a week before.
Jan will find a lovely companion for you again which will be a distraction for the loss that you are feeling. My Husband and I still miss our previous dogs because of the things they did or didn't do and you never ever forget them.

Hello Terry, I think you were the gentleman I was speaking to for some time, who had just lost his dog. I was so sorry - it is awful when they leave us. We lost Meg last year, and for six weeks I couldn't even talk about it. Then I contacted Jan, and after a short time, she found us a lovely dog, who we have called Sam ( I think you met him at the Fun Day.)
Do hope you soon get fiexed up with another lovely Golden.
Best wishes - Samsmum.
