morning all robbie is training for his bronze test,were doing quite well with the different parts of the test,the only thing were stuck with is the stay,he can sit or do a down,we manage 30 seconds we have to do 1 minuit any body any other advice on getting the stay to last a bit longer bye for now jeanette
In our little booklet on training ( on sale here) there is a detailed chapter on training the stay and many other exercises too. You may find that useful and always handy to look at.
