Hi

we went to Goathland at weekend to see the flying Scotsman go through
on north Yorkshire moors railway jasper not sure about steam trains but
liked all the people waving to him from the carriages. Note Bridget's brew
on the seat rather cold we had thermal pants on

Jasper certainly gets about. He looks really well and still so very handsome.

How exciting to watch the Flying Scotsman I just love the steam trains always feel quite emotional if I get the chance to see one in action.

We have friends that live in Leyburn, John was telling us about the Scotsman going over Ribblehead Viaduct. It was a really murky day, quite foggy and there out of it came The Flying Scotsman over the viaduct. Guess it would have been quite surreal like something out of Harry Potter.
