Retriever Rescue

This is Alfie,an Irish Setter and for the past three years, Benjies bestest friend in the world! Normally they meet in the fields on the early morning walk when they go quite mad (actually they go completely mad). Both dogs had finished their first walks so they were relaxed (well, sort of) when these were taken. Alfie was kept on his lead which allowed, for the first time, photographs that are not just blurred furry streaks.

Aww, nothing like good friends giving each other a good bash!

Hasn't Alfie got a lovely face, beautiful markings. Your Benje is so much like our Cobi, similar expression on that first photo and also stands on her back feet to bash Ginnie. Where we live Alfie is a very popular name, a couple of retrievers, two boxers and a retriever cross collie.
