Retriever Rescue

I couldn't resist taking this picture. Apologies for the quality but I had to be quick, it was dark, the onlyl ighting was the yard lights and I only had my phone to hand. Jessica has learned to respect the two yard cats we have. They are semi-ferral but we give them a small amount of feed each day to keep them living in the barn in an effort to keep the mice and rat population to a minimum. Both Jessica and Lily have learned that they cannot catch the cats and I am trying to tell them that if they do get into a fight with them, they will come off much the worse! [/img]

The cats are definitely Not Bovvered !! Lovely picture. Goldens are never the bravest of dogs where cats are concerned usually although I have known a few who hated them but not many.

Very good, looks like a bit of a stand off with the cats winning 2:1.

Poor Jessica - she is outnumbered. What happened in the end? who gave in?
