Loved the pictures and the song. Thank you. pass the tissues again. I can manage to look at pictures O K but when set to music I just go to pieces. I will tell you a secret you do not want to be around me if there is a marching band

Lovely...not sure which pictures I like the most but the muddy ones are great...

Are you sure that 'sheep' is really a dog? It still looks like a sheep to me!

:D :D :D

Thanks for your nice comments, all Goldens are easy to photograph though the mud never looks as black as it really is. Unabashed Benjie, seeks mud quite deliberately and can find it in the driest of weather. Luckily there are many clear streams and rivers and all walks end with a ten minute "water session" so they arrive home clean, if a bit wet.

The Bedlington, Georgie, is a rescue we found for my mother in law, he now lives in Surrey, but has not lost his Lancashire accent! he spent some time with us when she and my wife went on holiday (The thought of them in kennels would spoil any holiday for me).

It`s true what you say about music and emotions, but for all that I am thankful that bagpipes don`t make a smell!

I loved looking at all the pictures, such fun they seem to be having, what a lovely part of the country you live in.
Its funny how they can look dirty and the next minute they are clean, i think they have self cleaning coats

Fabulous pictures Mike.
They were all super. Like Susan, I loved the muddy ones. What is it about mud and Goldens? Proper muck magnets aren't they    I often wonder if they find the mud just so they can go into water to clean off. Lttle "lamb" looks to have enjoyed his outing with the boys too.
