Two minutes of Ginnie and Cobi's 14 days in South West Scotland, and the weather was brilliant for the first 10 days. Didn't get to meet anyone who had one of Jan's dogs this year though.

Sorry for some reason this is not working properly, will try to sort it out in between all the washing and ironing, it appears to play if you keep the start pressed.... strange...

Brilliant, looks like they had a great time, water sand and sea weed, who could ask for more.

We tow our caravan and stay at New England Bay CC Site, which has direct access to the beach and no need to use the car for days, but the last few photos are two miles away at Port Logan where they made the BBC 2000 acres of Sky (Michelle Collins and Paul Kaye) there is a caravan club CL, and they have now converted 60 ft byre and it looks lovely, we have watched it transform over the last 11 years (Muldaddie Farmhouse) we sat outside the Port Logan Inn enjoying a drink and taking photographs of the sun going down.
Bronson owners sent me some lovely photos of him in the sea at Port Logan, I think they stayed somewhere around Sandhead (even longer beach there with more sand to walk dogs) on Luce Bay, it is so beautiful, peaceful and fantastic for the dogs, so many dog and people friendly places.
Cobi and Ginnie love it, first thing they did when let off on the beach was to dive headlong into piles of kelp which had been washed up, I'm very suspicious when Ginnie rolls and wriggles, as there is usually something dead when she upends herself. Quite a lot of info under Port Logan seems they almost have their 'own' tourist board.

It's great for kids and dogs

Such a lovely area, and the dogs look to have had a ball.

Some wonderful place names too. Our country is beautiful, we just need a bit more sun :)
