Retriever Rescue

Thank you for the lovely messages regarding Alfie. Our very first rescued golden retriever Jake sadly died on 5 December from lymphoma. We lasted until 20 December and then rehomed Alfie. He came to join our other two rescued goldens, Ellie who is 10 and Max who is 11. The three of them are now as thick as thieves together. We took them to Shevin Forest on 30 December when the weather was horrendous and I really wish I had taken my camera. They came out of the forest the dirtiest filthiest dogs you have ever seen but boy were they happy. Thank you Jan for these beautiful dogs. We are very privileged to have them.

I will post some more pics when i can remember how to do it.

Thankyou for sharing your 3 lovely dogs with us. Alfie certainly seems to have settled so well with you and the other dogs. Pleased that he's found a forever home with you and your other rescues. Just lovely.

Re. photos..On this page there is another topic..putting photos on your posts. That may help you to make moss or sand of it all. Fingers crossed as it would be lovely to see them all again.
