MILLIE

Well ..... we now have Millie to live with Lucy & me. She is 11 years old, needs to lose some weight and is quite a character who is obviously used to doing her own thing. She is for all the world a female Gordon. Carole hasn't seen her yet but I think she will agree with me.

I love her already and I think Lucy is coming round to the idea she is stopping

Since Duke died Lucy hasn't eaten properly but now she is, if only to stop Millie getting it. But whatever works can only be good.

When I get a picture I will ask Lynda to post it for me. :love4

Welcome home Millie, aren't you the lucky one. Glad to hear dear Lucy as perked up from loosing Duke, even if it is because she thinks Millie will pinch her food.

Love to you All.

:love6 :love6

P.S how's Lucys road kill bearing up Jan. Have tried to find one as Willow loved it.

Thanks everyone for your good wishes .

The road kill is doing well but Millie has taken to to throwing it about and when she has finished it is usually on her head or back and she then falls asleep with it like that It looks like a hat when it'son her head.

I must explain this toy as it sounds dreadful. It is a flat cow a circle really with 4 legs sticking out and the head is in the middle of the circle. Carole bought it for lucy and it was her description of it that has stuck. I will ask her where she got it.

Yes of course I'll put a photograph of Millie on.......we are glad that Lucy has a pal.
Our first golden Ceili (Kayleigh) could be fussy with her food, many years ago we heard chink, chink from her dinner bowl in the caravan awning and it was two springers helping themselves to the remainder of her food... a few months later Abigail arrived, neither of them left anything once there were two dogs in the family again. :love4

So pleased for you, Lucy and, of course, Millie. We three
