David, I have just shown your video to my husband, David, and he asked me to ask you what camera do you use. He thinks the quality of he video is excellent.
Best wishes - Joyce.

Hello Joyce.
The camera I use is a Sony HDR-TG3. I bought it about 18 months ago. Argos were asking £600 for it at the time but I paid a lot less than that.
I wanted a camcorder that was very small and would fit easily in a pocket, but would be capable of taking high quality video. I dont use the highest definition setting when using it
As with all technology like this you can usually buy something twice as good for half the price a couple of years later.
The flip make of cameras seem to get good revues if you are after something small and inexpensive
The downside of using a small light camera of any sort is that you get much more camera shake and wobbly footage.
Some of the video editing software packages can correct this to a certain extent.
I used Sony vegas movie studio hd platinum 10 for this film.

When David and I first watched the film, we both commented on how many dogs were being stroked and petted, even in the background.
Oh, lucky dogs to have so much love in their new forever homes. Although when we meet people out walking, Woody always cuddles up, and in no time he's being stroked. Taken over from Timber in that department.

				Hi David,
Thank you for the information about your camera. My David is very impressed, and I won't be surprised if he doesn't make inroads towards getting one like yours. It was so lovely and clear.
By the way, thank you for the bit with Me, David, Claire (granddaughter of Harold, of Holiday Home Next Door Fame), and, of course Sam. It was really good.
Thanks again - Joyce.

Hello all. Sorry we could not make the fun day this year. Just looked at the video and you all look to have had a great time, and the weather was with you too. So many happy goldens together, it is lovely to watch. Holly is fit and well and as gorgeous as ever. Glad you all had a good day.

I am certainly very proud of every dog and their new owner. It does my heart good to see you all. Every year I say I am going to do nothing but talk to everyone but every year I never seem to manage it. Maybe next year I will succeed.
A big thank you to everyone who supported us on the day and beforehand.
