Stop messing about and throw the stick!
Where did that stick go, in here?
Hold on I need a rest, look at my tongue I'm whacked!
Its mine!
No its not its mine!

Are we going home now? Please!!

Re: A walk in the park.
Great photos of a very happy and lucky boy, he seems to like balancing on three feet especially the first one, what a clever boy.
Re: A walk in the park.
Wonderful photos of George Lisa thank you for sharing them with us.
What a very happy boy.Looks like a really great safe place to have him off the lead.
They are few and far between aren't they.Yet to try Monty off the lead away from home.
He is VERY excitable. To be honest its mainly me being paranoid but that is another thing on the list to tackle. He was so mixed up when he came to us.
Big hug for George

Re: A walk in the park.
super pictures Thank you
Re: A walk in the park.
HA HA Lenny you have a good eye i hadn't noticed that myself but yes seems he does like balancing on three legs.
I do panic a bit with him and other dogs especially the one's that are big bull type dogs, one came over to him yesterday and i as usual i panicked while my husband is just so matter of fact about it and says don't worry but i can't help it which probably makes the situation worse for George..

Re: A walk in the park.
I know they are our babies aren't they. Our park doesn't allow dogs off the lead unfortunately & the fields all have lifestock in them.Take care

Lovely pictures of George, Lisa. He loks a very happy lad
Re: A walk in the park.
Great photographs of George, love the 4th one, it's like something out of a 'golden retriever' book.
Has George got black pigmentation on his tongue, if so, so did Abby and so does Ginnie.

Hello Cobi and Ginnies Mum yes George does have black pigmentation on his tongue its funny that quite a few have it isn't it? I am right in thinking you have 3 Goldies
Re: A walk in the park.
George is a handsome boy, and looks so happy and full of joy. Isn't it lovely to have such a great dog? Aren't we all lucky, and we love them all, warts and all!

Gorgeous boy great pics thanks..
Re: A walk in the park.
Hello Lisa,
We only had 3 because my sister's dog Jasmine couldn't live with her when she and her little girl had to move into a rented cottage (her ex husband's idea of taking Jasmine for a walk was up to the local cemetery, throw the kong a few times whilst he had a cigarette !!!!
Always had 2 'golden girls' of different ages since Mum had her first one in 1976, we used to borrow Mum's until we had our own golden in 1987, he name was Ceili, (Kayleigh, after the song by Marrillon)I couldn't listen to it for ages after she died in 2000, exactly 3 months later we collected Ginnie from Jan, and then Cobi in 2005 after Jasmine died in March 2005 and Abigail 12 weeks later and Ginnie and Cobi are the best 2 goldens we have ever had for getting on together (even though they 'play' very rough)
